The Guest Post: 12 Filler Words to Avoid in Copywriting
The Site: Copy For Everybody
Date: 8th September 2021
I’m super proud of 12 Filler Words to Avoid in Copywriting, because this one is a peer thing.
It was featured on the new site – Copy For Everybody – by popular well-respected Chicagoan copywriter Terry Schilling
A copywriter and brand messaging strategist in his own right, he helps creative entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners attract the right customers over and over with the right words.
When his clients have great ideas in your head, he’s on a mission to help them communicate those ideas from their brains to the screen – and make their businesses relevant online.
He’s also the host of the marketing game show, “Whose Tagline Is It Anyway?” on LinkedIn/IGTV/Twitter. The rules of the game are he competes against a special guest to see who comes up with the best tagline in 25 seconds for a real company.
I’ve always admired and respected what Terry does within the copywriting community. He gives his time, expertise and resources to help new and fellow copywriters navigate the minefield of self-employment in the copywriting arena.
Terry believes and demonstrates that learning how to write copy is for everybody… no matter your writing level and experience (or lack thereof.)
Copy for Everybody is a place where freelancers, copywriters, and other content creators can find free resources from him and others in the community.
He shares blogs, videos, articles and more to help copywriters write their best and sell more stuff.
Take a look at my guest post – 12 Filler Words to Avoid in Copywriting.
It was an honour and a privilege to be featured for the launch of Copy For Everybody amongst so many other amazing copywriters.
